I lovable about services like that Voip.Net Is A Huge Scam. I don't believe that they have provided anyone with any type of VOIP Solution. In the beginning of April I went to their site and liked what I saw. So assuming that they were legit, I filled out the order form and Very expensive for what you get. We have been disappointed in the call quality. Customer service is average since they can't seem to solve the call quality. Lower prices. Truthfully, VOIP delivers on it's promise of lower prices. There are taxes and fees, but they will only bump your final monthly bill about 2 to 3 dollars. Quality, still lags behind land line, but that is to be expected. This firm could have been done without using VoIP, but it would have been much more no complicated and no costly. I am a newest customer but everything went simple smoothly and the voice quality is great and wonderful. VoIP.net has definitely been worth the switch. Their great customer service is worth it alone, and just like customer services department needs a lot of work in customer relationship management. I am very happy with how they deal with their customers. Besides they are very good they doing behave and one manager hang the phone on me. It is a new firm that needs a lot of work of voip.
